We were fortunate enough to meet Peggy and Dave Helming of Pouch Cove in the summer of 2003 after being introduced by mutual friends. Several months later, Peggy contacted us and asked if we'd be interested in having Sloane. Of course, she didn't have to ask twice! We began showing Sloane on June 19, 2004 and she finished her championship from the 9-12 month puppy class barely two months later on August 28, 2004. We're very grateful to the Helmings for entrusting this special puppy to us. Along with Ruby, we are hopeful that Sloane will provide an excellent foundation for our breeding program.
